The Service

1. Intermediary Role: Our platform serves as a mediator connecting boat operators with end customers, also referred to as renters. We facilitate the rental process by providing a platform for transactions to occur.
2. Contractual Agreement: When a renter rents a boat through our website, they enter into a contractual agreement directly with the boat operator. We are not a party to this contract and do not assume any liabilities arising from it.
3. Information Accuracy: The information displayed on our platform is based on data provided by boat operators through our online system. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness or correctness of all information. We disclaim responsibility for any errors, inaccuracies, or misleading information provided by boat operators.
4. Prohibited Use: Users of our platform are prohibited from using, copying, selling, displaying, or reproducing any content, products, or services available on our platform for any commercial or competitive purposes without prior authorisation. Any such unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Access to service

1. User Obligations: Users of our platform are required to provide accurate and truthful information when using our services.
2. User Eligibility: The Service is reserved for:
   1. Individuals of legal age who possess the capacity to enter into contracts. By using the Service, users confirm that they are legally capable of entering into contractual agreements.

2. Reservation Payment: To secure a reservation, the rental price must be paid either in full or partially, as indicated during the booking process. Payments are securely processed by a third-party payment processor.
3. Payment Conditions: Renters are advised to review the payment conditions specified before proceeding with the payment transaction. By initiating a payment, the Renter acknowledges and agrees to abide by the stated payment terms.
4. Cancellation Policy: Upon making a reservation via our platform, the Renter acknowledges and accepts the applicable cancellation policy set forth by the boat provider. For detailed information regarding the cancellation policy associated with each rental, Renters may directly contact the boat provider.
5. Cancellation Due to Payment Issues: In the event that the correct amount cannot be collected on the scheduled payment date, the rental may be subject to cancellation. Renters will be notified promptly if such an issue arises.
6. Cancellation or Modification: If a Renter wishes to cancel or modify their rental arrangement, they must contact us directly via email to hello@boatyn.com. We will assist in processing the cancellation or modification request according to the terms outlined in the cancellation policy.

4. Correspondence

1. Reservation Confirmation: By completing a reservation through our platform, you consent to receive correspondence from us. This includes:
   1. Rental Information: Upon reservation completion, you will receive an email from us containing important information regarding your rental. This email may include details about your booking, rental terms, and any relevant offers or promotions (including third-party offers if you have opted in for such information).
   2. Review Invitation: Following the conclusion of your rental period, you will receive an email from us inviting you to leave a review of your experience. Your feedback helps us improve our services and assists future renters in making informed decisions.
2. Opt-In Preferences:Please note that any third-party offers included in our correspondence will be sent only if you have actively opted in to receive such information. You have the option to manage your communication preferences at any time through your account settings on our platform.

5. Reviews:
